A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. It is a 13-week program to better understand grief and learn helpful coping skills for grief. GriefShare grief recovery support groups meetings are hosted in Cochrane at The Alliance Church or Bow Valley Baptist Church.
